ADF4360-1BCPRL7 Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 2.45GHz Max.
