ADF4360-1BCPRL Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 240. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS as its input. Providing a maximum frequency of 2.45GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL works with 3V~3.6V supply voltage provided. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
