ADF4154BRU-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, TTL, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. 4GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~3.3V.
