ADF4153YCPZ-RL Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 4GHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As long as there are 2.7V~3.3V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~125°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. This electronic component can be classified into Fractional N Synthesizer (RF).
