ADF4112BCP-REEL Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 3GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 5.5V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As long as you provide 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. An electrical part such as this one can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) component. In this IC, a 20-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. A frequency synthesizer with 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER features better clock signal output.
