ADF4112BCP-REEL Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock.
