Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. There are 20 terminations found in this file. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 3GHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 5.5V of power. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.7V is recommended for safety reasons. There are 2.7V~5.5V available for use with this clock PLL. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
