ADF4112BCP Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 5.5V of power. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.7V is recommended for safety reasons. There are 2.7V~5.5V available for use with this clock PLL. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. The frequency generator has a 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER feature to improve the output of clock signals.
