ADF4111BCP Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 20 terminations in this file. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.2GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 5.5V for this clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.7V is recommended for safety reasons. There are 2.7V~5.5V available for use with this clock PLL. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF). An IC that generates clocks specifically for microprocessors, this clock PLL is 20-bits in si20e. With 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER, this clock generator produces better clock signals.
