ADF4107BCP-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. In this clock generator, CMOS is used as the input to the clock. 7GHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
