It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V.
