ADF4002SRU-EP Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 400MHz maximum. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 3.3V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.7V for normal operation. There are 2.7V~3.3V available for use with this clock PLL. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -55°C~125°C, which is what is estimated by the test. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF), Phase Detector component. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 16-bit output.
