AD9786BSVRL Overview
It is supplied in the 80-TQFP Exposed Pad package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3.3V volts is required. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. This is a type of FPGA that is part of the TxDAC+? series of FPGAs. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tape & Reel (TR). It is designed with 80 terminations. There are a total of 80 pins on this device. The operating temperature should not exceed 85°C. There should be no less than a -40°C operating temperature in the machine.
