AD9742ACP Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. It is powered from a supply voltage of 3.3V. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. FPGAs belonging to the TxDAC? series are a type of FPGA that belong to the TxDAC? series of FPGAs. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray. The total number of terminations is 32. The device has a total of 32 pins on it. It should not be possible to operate the equipment above 85°C degrees Celsius. At a minimum, there should be a temperature of -40°C during operation.
