AD9734BBC Overview
There is a 160-LFBGA, CSPBGA package that includes this component. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. Total terminations are 160. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 160 pins. There should be no temperature exceeding 85°C degrees Celsius during operation. At least -40°C should be the operating temperature of the machine.
