AD9518-2BCPZ Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found.
