AD835AN Overview
This product is packaged with Tube.In order to maximize cost efficiency, it is embedded in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.4-Quadrant bits per stage are frequently used.For its operation, a voltage of 5V is applied.A nominal negative supply voltage of -5V is provided.Radio-frequency signals modulated at 250MHz occupy the frequency range of 250MHz.In order to prevent signals from reflecting off the other end of the transmission line, there are 8 terminations.Reflow temperature limit NOT APPLICABLE is determined by the component whose tolerance for high temperatures is the lowest.It is permitted to operate at a maximum temperature of 85°C.The maximum supply voltage is kept at 5.5V for normal operation.-40°C is the minimum temperature at which the system is allowed to operate.
