The operating temperature for this transceiver module is not allowed to be above 85°C.The manufacturer recommends this transceiver module be handled with a supply voltage lower than 3.47V.In order to run this module isolated transceiver, you should apply at least 3.13V voltage supply to it.The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
