AD7849AR-REEL Overview
It is supplied in the 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 15V volts needs to be provided. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~85°C at all times. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape & Reel (TR). It is designed with 20 terminations. A total of 20 pins are included in this device.
