AD7628KP Overview
As part of the 20-LCC (J-Lead) package, it is included. Power is provided by a 12V-volt supply. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range -40°C~85°C while the machine is operating. Using the Tube layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, there are a total of 20 terminations on it. A total of 20 pins are included in this device.
