AD7535TQ Overview
It is supplied in the 28-CDIP (0.600, 15.24mm) package. By attaching the Through Hole connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. There is an FPGA model contained in Tube in order to conserve space. Total terminations are 28. It is equipped with 28 pin count. As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed 125°C. There should be no less than a -55°C operating temperature in the machine.
