AD589JR-REEL Overview
8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.235V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 240.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.It is tested at 1.25V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.There is 1.2V less than 1.2V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.Temperatures at ambient are as low as 70°C.
