AD5640CRM-1 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and X package. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The nanoDAC® series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the nanoDAC® family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~105°C range. There is an FPGA model contained in Tube in order to conserve space. The device package supplied by 8-MSOP is one of its suppliers.
