AD5554BRS Overview
As part of the 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, it is included. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. This FPGA model is contained in Tube for space saving. In total, it has 28 terminations on each end. It is equipped with 28 pin count. A maximum operating temperature of 85°C °C should be observed when running the equipment. At a minimum, there should be a temperature of -40°C during operation.
