AD5535ABC Overview
This package is included in the 124-LBGA, CSPBGA package and is available for purchase. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 5V volts is required. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray. There are a total of 124 terminations. In addition to this, it has 124 pins. It should not be possible to operate the equipment above 85°C degrees Celsius. At least -10°C should be the operating temperature of the machine.
