AD5424YCP Overview
As part of the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, it is included. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. In order to save space, this FPGA model has been contained in Tray. As a whole, it has 20 terminations. With a total of 20 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. A maximum operating temperature of 125°C °C should be observed when running the equipment. The operating temperature should be -40°C at least.
