AD5392BCP-3-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and X package. An electrical supply voltage of 3V powers it. Using a Surface Mount connector, you can mount this FPGA module on the development board. It is designed to maximiTape & Reel (TR)e space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape & Reel (TR). The total number of terminations is 64. This device has a pin count of 64 in it. There should not be an increase in operating temperature over 85°C. 000 degrees Celsius. At a minimum, there should be a temperature of -40°C during operation.
