AD5382BST-3 Overview
A 100-LQFP package is provided with this component. Power is provided by a 3V-volt supply. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. Using the Tray layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In total, there are a total of 100 terminations on it. I am going to present you with a device that is equipped with 100 pins. It should not be possible to operate the equipment above 85°C degrees Celsius. There should be no less than a -40°C operating temperature in the machine.
