AD5328BRU Overview
It is supplied in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. In order to operate it, a voltage supply of 3V volts is required. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -40°C~125°C range. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tube. It is designed with 16 terminations. Featuring 16 pins in total, it is a versatile device.
