AD5313BRU Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and X package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 3V volts needs to be provided. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tube.
