AD5303ARU-REEL7 Overview
As part of the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, it is included. Power is provided by a 3V-volt supply. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. Total terminations are 16. A total of 16 pins are included in this device. As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed 105°C. It is recommended that the operating temperature should be at least -40°C .
