AD5066ARUZ-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and X package. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. The FPGA belongs to the nanoDAC? series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~125°C when the device is operating. This FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for space saving. It employs 16-TSSOP as its supplier device package.
