There are two packages that contain it: 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package and X package. The Surface Mount-slot on the development board allows you to attach the FPGA module. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). In total, it has 28 terminations on each end. In addition to this, it has 28 pins. In order to keep this FPGA operating, its supply voltage should be higher than 4.5V. There should not be an increase in operating temperature over 85°C. 000 degrees Celsius. At the very least, the operating temperature should be -40°C .
