AD1580BKSZ-REEL Overview
The reference voltage makes use of the handy SC-70, SOT-323 package.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Shunt control.External packaging Tape & Reel (TR) encloses the voltage reference ic.Tolerance of ±0.2% for precise voltage measurements.A Fixed form is available for input by the user.There are 3 pins on this voltage reference ic.In the case of demanding PCB designs, Surface Mount is available.Suitable for work within -40°C~85°C TA.Inputs of 10mA are compatible with the reference voltage.Cathode currents should generally be equal to 50μA.In this case, the voltage is fixed at 1.225V.
