N87C51GB Overview
Packaged in a PLCC format, this MCU is available in a compact size. There are 48 I/Os on the Microcontroller. This is a MICROCONTROLLER uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC. During the manufacturing process, 68 terminations were applied to the IC chip. 8-bits are used in Microcontroller. Currently, MCU chip has NO DMA channels. There are YES PWM channels on the device. As a few examples, there are additional features like BOOLEAN PROCESSOR; ON-CIRCUIT EMULATION that are available in the software.
