The Rail/Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The TSSOP package embeds this Clock PLL. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. Using 2 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. It is possible to connect to the frequency generators via 20 pins.
