It utilizes a neat SSOP package. Temperatures as low as 0°C are possible with it. It should not operate at a temperature higher than 70°C. The low-level output mode of this voltage buffer outputs 64mA. During high-level output mode, the electrical part can conduct -15mA of current. This automotive buffer should operate at least at 4.5V, which is what is recommended by the manufacturer. It is rated 5.5V for maximum supply voltage. A total of 1 circuits are used in the fundamental operation of the bus transceiver.
