RP509N001D-TR-FE Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-6 package. PWM Signal outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 6MHz.
