RP501K331A-TR Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. As a result of the NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3V. A voltage of 3.3V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. There should be a voltage regulator's maximum operating temperature of 85°C or less. DC DC switching regulator's operating temperatures must exceed -40°C. This regulator operates with the maximal switching frequency of 2475kHz. Depending on the configuration of the switching voltage regulators, the output current can be as high as 1.5A A. Based on a unique technique, maximal input voltages of DC DC switching regulator can be permitted. Input voltages as low as 2.5V can be applied to this switching regulator.
