RP500L122A-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-XFDFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 5.5V. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.6V as the nominal input voltage. A voltage of 1.2V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this electronic voltage regulator 12v is part of the RP500x family.
