RP500K331A-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1.2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2.55V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 900mA output current. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V.
