RP500K181A-TR Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, 6 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package to save space. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1.2MHz. There is no dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage requirement for this regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 900mA output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V to meet the operation requirements. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 1.8V volts. In the RP500x family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications. By adding the IT CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature, this harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable.
