RP500K151A-TR Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.6V is provided. A voltage of 1.5V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. Switching regulators with the IT CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature are more efficient and stable.
