RP500K122A-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.55V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.2V. DC DC switching regulator's maximum design flexibility comes from its output current of 900mA. There is a maximum input voltage of 5.5V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of the NOT SPECIFIED peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. A voltage of 1.2V volts can be produced by voltage regulator. Switching regulators with the IT CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature are more efficient and stable.
