RP500K121A-TR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.55V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1.2V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 900mA output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V.
