RP402N501E-TR-FE Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The harley voltage regulator is available as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package to save space. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.6V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 800mA output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 4.8V. Known as a switching DC-DC regulator, this voltage regulator belongs to the RP402x family.
