RP401K521A-TR Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.2MHz. Input voltage 0.6V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 5.2V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 500mA output current of voltage regulator. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. With its peak reflow temperature of 260, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 2V is provided. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 5.2V volts.
