RP401K451A-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.2MHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 0.6V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 4.5V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 500mA output current of voltage regulator. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 2V to meet the operation requirements. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 4.5V volts.
