RP400K401C-TR Overview
It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. -40°C~85°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 700kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.8V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 4V. DC DC switching regulator's 600mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 1.5V as the nominal input voltage. Voltage can be produced at 4V volts by voltage regulator.
