This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 700kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 0.8V as an input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2.5V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 600mA output current. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 5.5V. An input voltage of 1.5V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. Voltage can be produced at 2.5V volts by voltage regulator.
