RP400K181C-TR Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 700kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 0.8V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.8V. Featuring a 600mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 5.5V. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 1.5V for operation. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.8V volts.
