RP400K181B-TR Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 6 terminations. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 600mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 600mA. The maximum input voltage of voltage regulator is 5.5V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 1.5V is provided. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 1.8V volts.
