RP400K001B-TR Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 6 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. The space-saving 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Adjustable output generated. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 700kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.7V. It is evident from the table below that adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1.8V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 600mA output current of voltage regulator. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 1.5V.
